Raadimõisa Konsum is located at Kaupmehe 2 in Tila village, Tartu Rural Municipality, Tartu County. The shop building has a square floorplan, a flat roof and a parapet. The exterior walls of the building are made of sandwich panels on metal poles. The two-storey shop is divided into three zones: visitors, storage rooms, staff and mechanical rooms. On the ground floor, there is a pharmacy for the customers, the sales area of the shop and a bottle recycling station with a separate entrance from the car park. The movement of the staff will take place on the ground floor loading area, storage rooms, office and non-workrooms that include the resting room, men’s and women’ dressing rooms, washrooms and toilets. Next to the main entrance, there is a toilet for the visitors of the shop that is compliant with accessibility requirements. On the second floor, there are mechanical rooms that are accessible through the staircase at the separate entrance on the first floor facing the car park on Kaupmehe street. An asphalt cark park with 58 parking spaces and 15 bicycle parking spaces has been designed.
