University of Tartu Centre for Entrepreneurship in Delta building

The UT Centre for Entrepreneurship is a five-storey office building that is connected to the Delta building via galleries and the basement. In addition, an underground level has been previously designed. The parking ramp to the basement occupies a significant amount of the volume of the ground floor. On the courtyard side of the ground floor, there are parking spaces. The ground floor is fully glazed and open to the street. On the ground floor, two commercial premises are located on either side of the lobby. The upper floors have a more private look. Floors 2–5 have been designed according to the client’s wishes as office spaces of different sizes. The street and south sides of the building have a double façade that acts as a sunscreen and connects the Centre for Entrepreneurship with the Delta building. The two buildings are connected via glass galleries on two to three floors. Disabled persons can access all rooms in the building with lifts.
