This project involves the reconstruction and expansion by 33% of the office building completed in 1973 and the former hospital building located at Lembitu 10/12 in central Tallinn. The architecture of the building is an elegantly understated mix of dignity and modesty. The U-shaped design of the building makes for a balanced whole, while the predominantly glass façades give the building a light and airy appearance. The building is designed to hold 103 hotel rooms, a lobby bar, a restaurant, a conference centre for about 150 people, a spa centre, and service rooms. The entrance is easily visible from the street thanks to a jutting canopied entryway. The hotel lobby is spacious, with a high ceiling. The lobby provides access to an inner courtyard with a garden – a peaceful oasis in the bustling heart of the city. The top floor, which offers a beautiful view of the park, will house a conference centre and a restaurant. The hotel will be equipped with four accessible elevators.
