The existing print shop at Lõõtsa 2 in Tartu was extended eastward by 12 metres. The single-storeyed production building is designed for the installation of a printing press. A gallery was built to link together the new section and the old section. The existing paper warehouse was demolished and a passage into the existing building was built. The frame of the building is set on piles, while the floor rests on the ground. The walls are made from reinforced concrete basement wall elements and steel sandwich panels. The profiled sheet metal roof has 200 mm of insulation, covered by two layers of SBS membrane.
